As a Healthcare Informaticist and expert in healthIT, my job is inspiring passions, exceeding expectations, and getting things done.
My passion, as a Leadership Coach and Consultant, is helping leaders and teams bring their multi-faceted initiatives to fruition, delivering powerful results that ensures that every person deserves to be heard and validated when they interact with their healthcare system.
I’ve seen the Healthcare system from both the inside and the outside, having spent the last 20 years helping to improve the experience of the patient by working with teams that deliver Healthcare projects. It’s not a journey I had planned to take but after my husband was diagnosed with primary brain cancer, and passed 5 years later, at the age of 36, I knew that I had to help make things better for patients, healthcare teams, and their leaders.
I want to understand your role, its roadblocks, and your aspirations, because together, we will figure out a way for you not only to flourish as a great leader but transform your team to position them to be a self-directed cohesive agile unit, using evidence-based strategies that enable them to become the hero their own story.
